A government board responsible for national transportation planning was losing money with antiquated ticketing systems and security applications. In order to upgrade these systems, they engaged Tescom to perform ongoing quality audits throughout the project. During the course of the project, which lasted five years, Tescom led 8 IT audits, several security audits and financial audits, which resulted in the recognition of 21 major errors where the systems did not conform to requirements prompting their rectification and thereby facilitating a successful go-live.
