Grant of a Tender by the Israeli Electric Company (IEC)

The Company announces that on 12 June 2007, following a competitive tender process, it was awarded a contract by the Israeli Electric Company to perform quality assurance testing of the IEC's NIS system (the "Testing"). The NIS system is an innovative system designed to improve the IEC's electric administration. The total estimated value of the contract is approximately one million US dollars.

The Testing shall be performed in several stages during the next two years, commencing August 2007. The IEC has an option to extend the term of the engagement for an additional year.
