Tescom Software Systems Testing Ltd (the “Company”) Notification of significant holding The Company was notified on 17 December 2006 that Harel Insurance Investments Limited now have an interest in 789,292 ordinary shares of NIS 0.01 fully paid in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”), which represents 5.01 per cent. of the 15,739,556 issued Ordinary Shares with voting rights. The total issued share capital of the Company is 16,169,227 Ordinary Shares, including 429,671 treasury shares. |
