Tescom Software Systems Testing Ltd (the “Company”) Notification of significant holding The Company was notified on 15 July 2007 that PRISMA INVESTMENT HOUSE LTD now have an interest in 1,129,250 ordinary shares of NIS 0.01 fully paid in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”), which represents 7.17 per cent. of the 15,753,673 issued Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
